Virtual Assistant Development Plan
The Virtual Assistant Development Plan is a carefully thought out process to ensure you reach your highest career goals.
Onboarding
The onboarding stage is where we would set your success plan or in Rocket Station terms, Flight Plan. You will be partnered with one of our Career Specialists who will assess your skills and experience to find the most suitable and efficient way to get you paired with one of our clients.
Certification
Every Flight Plan created entails a certification program to ensure that the skills and experience our VAs have, match the Rocket Station standards. An official facilitator will be with you along the way to guide you through the process and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency to get you to the next stage. Part of the tasks of the facilitator is to ensure interview preparedness, so a quick interview preparedness training will be a part of the tools that will be provided to ensure your success.
Placement
During the Placement stage, you will be prepared to go through an actual interview with the client you’re paired with together with other potential candidates that matches the skillset the client needs. You will be equipped with all the necessary tools and knowledge you’l need about the client’s business, expectations, and the tasks you will be assigned to perform should you get selected.
In cases, where you don’t get selected by the client, you will be immediately endorsed to another potential client that matches your portfolio and skillset. Coaching and feedback will also be provided to you based on the interview results to ensure that you are aware of how you can be better on the next set of interviews. Should additional training or certification be needed to help you be prepared for the next interview, our leadership team will be ready to assist you.
