Our business development team is essential in scaling Rocket Station’s growth to new heights. They are individuals who are business-savvy, strategic and capable of critical thinking at a higher level. Their main roles delve into the development of Rocket Station’s position in the market while increasing sales opportunities for the company. They are also mainly responsible for the development of long-term organizational strategic goals, building key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals while maintaining seamless client-stakeholder business operations.

SALES COORDINATOR

SALES COORDINATOR

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

KEY ROLE

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team and contacting all potential Rocket Station leads/clients to schedule sales meetings/ appointments confirm receipts of communication and attending daily meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to relevant parties within the client's organization.

Keep an accurate record of all Rocket Station prospective clients to regularly update leads status within the Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)

Work closely with Sales Team Members in managing calendar, organizing, filing of important documents, and communicating all important and relevant information.

Regularly review scheduled meetings, re-evaluate priorities, and update calendar invites when necessary.

Remind Business Development Leads concerning deadlines, meetings, and commitments in a timely manner.

Manage internal reports and metrics

Contact all Rocket Station prospective clients or leads assigned to schedule appointments

Contact leads to confirm pre-scheduled appointments and ensure all Sales Team Members have a high-quality, up-to-date support system to improve their productivity

Respond to inquiries of the company’s prospective clients.

Follow up on new business opportunities to set up meetings.

Oversee the development of marketing literature.

Gather, create and interpret data and reports.

Update all the required documents for each transaction.

Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Should have at least 2 years of experience in the Call Center industry or relevant administrative support experience as a Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant

Experience as an Virtual/Executive Assistant in a work from home set-up is an advantage

Comfortable handling 90% voice tasks

Must have strong attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision

Should possess good time management and organizational skills

Must have good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

Experience working in a Business Development or Sales background is also a plus but is not a requirement

Amenable to work at night based on the client’s timezone

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Computer Processor: at least i3 (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7 64-bit

Internet Speed

Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)

Back-up Connection: running at least 10 Mbps

KEY ROLE

The Business Development Advisor will oversee the development of our market position and increase sales opportunities for Rocket Station. This individual will mainly be responsible for the long-term organizational strategic goals, build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain seamless client-stakeholder business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the stakeholders, client services and marketing team to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.

Planning and preparing sales presentations to support the Director of Business Development

Communicate Rocket Station Virtual Staffing services to prospective clients

Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings.

Find potential leads and convert them into clients.

Help manage existing clients by ensuring they remain satisfied and positive.

Foresee existing client’s needs and implement strategies accordingly.

Evaluate current business performance and identify areas for opportunity and development to reach full potential.

Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance.

Identify changing market trends that may impact the company or client’s business and put plans into action to make a positive contribution.

Oversee the development of marketing literature.

Provide feedback to management through gathering, creation and interpretation of data and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Should have at least 5-10 years of sales/business development experience with US-Based clients

Comfortable handling 90% voice tasks

Has passion for sales and great negotiation closing skills

Must have a deep understanding of marketing principles.

Must possess exceptional skill in both verbal and non-verbal communications.

Must have strong attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision.

Should possess good time management and organizational skills.

Must be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.

Amenable to work at night based on the client’s timezone

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

KEY ROLE

The Industrial Engineer designs documents and implements process workflows for key business systems and role assignments. They communicate with clients to evaluate business structures, needs, and goals to be able to identify areas and opportunities that will help create an efficient and effective business workflow. They are responsible for ensuring long-term success through extensive planning and effective coordination while considering all of the client’s current and future needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend meetings and calls to get details about business schedules, specifications, and related information to learn about company methods, procedures, and activities.

Engage clients and guide them in discussing the specific technical processes and procedures that their business follows.

Take detailed notes based on the discussion and be able to quickly identify any gaps in the information that the clients provide, and ask the right questions at the right time.

Create a detailed and complete process flow chart and subsequent document.

Create and revision of step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), based on the clients’ current operations, and create corresponding workflows.

Assist clients in identifying improvements that can be implemented on their current process, and create an effective plan.

Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve business process problems, maximize reliability, and/or increase efficiency.

Review data and proactively look for trends that could lead to process improvements, behavioral trends, operational efficiencies, and improvements.

Maintain confidentiality of client and company data without exception.

Develop and maintain an understanding of Rocket Station systems used to generate and track data, including the equations used to derive specific calculations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical, and thought organization skills

Experience in product training and training materials creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical writing ability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization

Good organizational and time management skills.

Amenable to work based on different US time zones
