KEY ROLE

The Creatives Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and output of a team, ensuring that all creative assets align with the company’s brand identity and objectives. This role involves leading a team of graphic and video designers and other creative professionals, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality, innovative content.

  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to ensure all projects meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
