Creatives Manager

KEY ROLE

The Creatives Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and output of a team, ensuring that all creative assets align with the company’s brand identity and objectives. This role involves leading a team of graphic and video designers and other creative professionals, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality, innovative content.

  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to ensure all projects meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts,  Marketing or any relevant course   
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Must be able to provide a  strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across different mediums, demonstrating creativity, originality, and proficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of current design and industry trends.

SR. COPYWRITER

SENIOR COPYWRITER

KEY ROLE

The Senior Copywriter creates engaging and compelling content across different platforms and channels. They work closely with the Communications Manager to develop effective ad campaigns and other communication materials. The Senior Copywriter also conducts keyword and SEO research to increase the visibility of the online content they produce. They play a critical role in maintaining brand consistency, ensuring that all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and message. Additionally, s/he oversees the work of junior copywriters, providing editing support and mentoring to help them improve their writing skills. The Senior Copywriter needs to be self-assured as they are in charge of influencing the audience by delivering a clear message. In this role, research is a KEY component to understanding a client’s needs and target demographics, enabling them to produce relevant and impactful copy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Write creative copy and slogans for advertising campaigns, contributing high-quality copy regularly for various marketing initiatives. Oversee and contribute to the creation of blogs, case studies, eBooks, video and radio scripts, and monthly proposals for ad campaigns and other online content.
  • Editing and Supervision: Edit and publish articles produced by junior copywriters, ensuring the quality and consistency of content across all platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels, maintaining a unified brand voice and message in all communications.
  • Assist Comms Manager: Work closely with the communication manager to develop compelling copy for ad campaigns and other communication materials.
  • Concept Development: Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned brands, understanding clients’ needs and target demographics.
  • Project Direction: Create and direct copy projects, overseeing the conceptualization and execution of these projects with the communications manager and design team to ensure they align with the brand’s vision and goals.

KEY ROLE

A Junior Copywriter plays a crucial role in crafting persuasive and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience. S/he works closely with Senior Copywriters, Communications Data Analysts, and Communications Managers to ensure the produced content aligns with the brand’s voice and message. In addition to writing, s/he uses feedback from their team to continually sharpen their writing skills and improve the quality of their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Produce regular blog posts about Rocket Station products and services, draft white papers and reports on industry topics, and create promotional content for events, paid ads, and banners. Prepare video scripts, interview questions and other internal communication materials as well as develop website content, digital catalog,  and email campaigns for internal and external projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all created content is in line with the brand’s voice and message.
  • Project Execution: Create articles that meet the requirements of a brief, crafting persuasive and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience.
  • Content Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure regular content distribution.
  • Campaign Development: Assisting in the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Writing compelling copy for email marketing campaigns to engage the audience for internal and external events.


Tasks within RS

  • Prepare  engaging and informative content for monthly blogs to enhance brand visibility and industry presence. 
  • Draft comprehensive white papers and detailed reports on relevant industry topics .
  • Create guides, handbooks, and materials for both internal and external events, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in copywriting.
  • Exhibits strong writing skills and can provide a portfolio of articles or other writing samples.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, proofreading, creative concepts, and email marketing.
  • Displays a passion for writing and a willingness to continually improve and expand skill set.
  • Capable of presenting creative ideas and concepts to the team for feedback.
  • Experienced in identifying customer pain points and understanding audience needs.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

KEY ROLE

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the  entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities in Rocket Station: Social Media Assets, Creatives Request (internal),  Support Sr. Graphic designer for any graphic requests, when needed, Assist during video production.

  • Conceptualize  visuals based on requirements
  • Createimages and layouts by hand or using design software
  • Test  graphics across various media
  • Engage in dialogue with clients or other departments regarding layout and design matters.
  • Work with copywriters and social media content specialist to produce the final design


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, Multimedia Design, or related fields
  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Artist
  • Strong and highly creative portfolio — mixed media (Photo/Graphic/Illustration/Web)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and other image generation automation tools is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in the latest  industry-leading softwares — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects. Additional design software knowledge is a plus

Video  Specialist (with Animating Skills)

KEY ROLE

The Video  Specialist/Animator will perform a number of different tasks, with the end goal of creating visual works that can be displayed through different media sources, including film, websites, and social media. This role requires storyboarding, drawing using physical and digital tools, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures. Animators must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and often on tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create custom graphic and video outputs for online and offline production and other requested video work.
  • Responsible for reviewing, assembling, and editing of raw contents and producing the final content according to the outline, branding, and style of the company and the client.
  • Input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
  • Ensure logical sequencing, smooth running, and correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to stakeholder’s specifications and requirements;
  • Execute all tasks assigned by the team leader or those of higher authority diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard
  • Edit videos for marketing and social assets to bring the brand story to life and maintain the brand tonality and look.
  • Continuously brainstorm, discover, conceptualize and implement ideas for the improvement of RS video materials;
  • Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
  • Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.
  • Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.
  • Developing storyboards for the initial stages of production

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 2-3 years of video production experience.

Using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram insights they work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Communications Manager to provide valuable data and insights into audience behavior and preferences. They must also use sentiment analysis and data visualization tools to effectively understand and communicate their findings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Communications Data Analyst should be proficient in using a variety of tools  to gather and analyze data, such as:

  1. Google Analytics: To track and report website traffic, provide insights into user behavior, demographics, and interests.
  2. Social Media Analytics Tools: Platforms like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or Instagram Insights to provide valuable data about our audience’s behavior and preferences on these platforms.
  3. Survey Tools: Software like SurveyMonkey or Google Forms to collect primary data directly from our audience.
