Step 1

To begin creating your request, input your name, department, and your Rocket Station email address. Make sure to double-check the information as we’ll be needing this to contact you.

Step 2

Now that you’ve given us your information, it’s time to start setting up your request. Take note that you’re only able to request for one type at a time and that you’ll need to create another request for every other type.

Step 3

The Google Drive Link may lead to a particular image, video, or folder containing multiple files required for the request. Please ensure that the permissions are set properly so we can access the files freely and avoid delays.

Step 4

You may add specific instructions for particular requests through the Special Instructions portion of the form. Email Announcements, and Google Reviews, may require these special instructions for us to process.

Step 5

Make sure all required fields are correct. Once done, you may hit the Submit Button.
