Creatives Manager

KEY ROLE

The Creatives Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and output of a team, ensuring that all creative assets align with the company’s brand identity and objectives. This role involves leading a team of graphic and video designers and other creative professionals, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality, innovative content.

  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to ensure all projects meet brand standards and objectives.

The Senior Copywriter creates engaging and compelling content across different platforms and channels. They work closely with the Communications Manager to develop effective ad campaigns and other communication materials. The Senior Copywriter also conducts keyword and SEO research to increase the visibility of the online content they produce. They play a critical role in maintaining brand consistency, ensuring that all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and message. Additionally, s/he oversees the work of junior copywriters, providing editing support and mentoring to help them improve their writing skills. The Senior Copywriter needs to be self-assured as they are in charge of influencing the audience by delivering a clear message. In this role, research is a KEY component to understanding a client’s needs and target demographics, enabling them to produce relevant and impactful copy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Write creative copy and slogans for advertising campaigns, contributing high-quality copy regularly for various marketing initiatives. Oversee and contribute to the creation of blogs, case studies, eBooks, video and radio scripts, and monthly proposals for ad campaigns and other online content.

A Junior Copywriter plays a crucial role in crafting persuasive and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience. S/he works closely with Senior Copywriters, Communications Data Analysts, and Communications Managers to ensure the produced content aligns with the brand’s voice and message. In addition to writing, s/he uses feedback from their team to continually sharpen their writing skills and improve the quality of their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Produce regular blog posts about Rocket Station products and services, draft white papers and reports on industry topics, and create promotional content for events, paid ads, and banners. Prepare video scripts, interview questions and other internal communication materials as well as develop website content, digital catalog,  and email campaigns for internal and external projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all created content is in line with the brand’s voice and message.
  • Project Execution: Create articles that meet the requirements of a brief, crafting persuasive and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience.
  • Content Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure regular content distribution.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the  entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities in Rocket Station: Social Media Assets, Creatives Request (internal),  Support Sr. Graphic designer for any graphic requests, when needed, Assist during video production.

  • Conceptualize  visuals based on requirements

The Video  Specialist/Animator will perform a number of different tasks, with the end goal of creating visual works that can be displayed through different media sources, including film, websites, and social media. This role requires storyboarding, drawing using physical and digital tools, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures. Animators must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and often on tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create custom graphic and video outputs for online and offline production and other requested video work.
  • Responsible for reviewing, assembling, and editing of raw contents and producing the final content according to the outline, branding, and style of the company and the client.
  • Input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
  • Ensure logical sequencing, smooth running, and correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to stakeholder’s specifications and requirements;
  • Execute all tasks assigned by the team leader or those of higher authority diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard
  • Edit videos for marketing and social assets to bring the brand story to life and maintain the brand tonality and look.
  • Continuously brainstorm, discover, conceptualize and implement ideas for the improvement of RS video materials;

The  Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for increasing social media engagement by actively engaging to comments and reactions, and address inquiries of Rocket Station’s potential clients.   This individual should also  join several social media pages and groups to increase organic brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and grow our online and offline communities.
  • Create engaging and shareable content to stimulate community interaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to community inquiries, feedback, and comments on various platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and community members.
  • Utilize social media and community management tools to monitor engagement metrics.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Gather feedback from the community
  • Reply to messages on social media quickly and within the expected time window.
  • Respond to comments and reviews about Rocket Station on various websites and document the feedback. Feedback may be shared on our social media platforms.
  • Boost page followers by reaching out to monthly active clients through the business development team, urging them to engage on our page and enhance overall page interaction
  • Keep an eye on negative audience interactions, respond appropriately, and if the issue persists, add them to the block list.
  • Develop distinct content for the ambassador page and group pages to gauge audience interaction preferences without including company branding.
  • Inform the client about the upcoming inclusion of their feature in a testimonial post, urging them to engage and possibly share the content on their page
  • Generate cold leads by encouraging interaction on group pages and directing them to the booking a call page.
  • Help generate reports for all social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

They must also use sentiment analysis and data visualization tools to effectively understand and communicate their findings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Communications Data Analyst should be proficient in using a variety of tools  to gather and analyze data, such as:

  1. Google Analytics: To track and report website traffic, provide insights into user behavior, demographics, and interests.
  2. Social Media Analytics Tools: Platforms like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or Instagram Insights to provide valuable data about our audience’s behavior and preferences on these platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other content creation tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.

KEY ROLE

The Written Content Specialist crafts compelling and informative content for various social media platforms such as writing engaging copy for on-screen images and text-to-speech videos, supporting campaigns and events with tailored content, and repurposing existing material from blogs, podcasts, and videos.  S/he is responsible for optimizing and copy-editing content, providing design inspiration, and generating graphic design elements using Canva templates. This individual partners with the Design Team to review all visual content produced ensure it meets standards and address any necessary revisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging and compelling written content for social media and other implementations
  • Research industry trends and current preferences of the target audience for content development.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine content for optimal impact.
  • Implement basic SEO principles to optimize written content for search engines and improve online visibility.
  • Create engaging and informative social media content by writing copy for on-screen images and text-to-speech videos.
  • Write social media content to support campaigns and events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
