KEY ROLE

The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

KEY ROLE

The Social Media Lead will manage Rocket Station’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing quality content, analyzing usage data and managing projects and campaigns. This role will be mostly responsible for organic content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. They will also assist in the strategic plan for paid advertising content across the same platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee organic social media content

Implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and other assets)

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Analyze competitor activity

The Animator will perform a number of different tasks, with the end goal of creating visual works that can be displayed through different media sources, including film, websites, and social media. This role requires storyboarding, drawing using physical and digital tools, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures. Animators must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and often on tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create custom graphic and video outputs for online and offline production and other requested video work.

Responsible for reviewing, assembling, and editing of raw contents and producing the final content according to the outline, branding, and style of the company and the client.

Input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.

Ensure logical sequencing, smooth running, and correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to stakeholder’s specifications and requirements;

Execute all tasks assigned by the team leader or those of higher authority diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard

Edit videos for marketing and social assets to bring the brand story to life and maintain the brand tonality and look.

Continuously brainstorm, discover, conceptualize and implement ideas for the improvement of RS video materials;

Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data

Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.

Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.

The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for ensuring that Rocket Station’s target demographic undergoes a smooth and seamless transaction with their inquiries. They are to coordinate with the project manager to clarify the requirements and responsibilities to ensure the proper response towards prospects so that they may be able to endorse them to the right departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with the project manager and the department heads to ensure the accuracy of the key information on hand.

Study key information and checklists to be able to process initial customer approaches effectively and efficiently.

Create a list of necessary questions to determine the key qualities during phone and video calls.

Process inquiries in a timely manner to give the best possible customer service to interested candidates.

Communicate with customers in a way that expresses Rocket Station’s positive work culture.

Present information in a clear and friendly manner that will reflect well on the Rocket Station brand.

Updating trackers and scoring sheets to ensure that all queries are processed correctly and on time.

The Senior Video Editor creates unique video content that represents the company competitively in the digital space. They are responsible for ensuring that all videos that come from the creative team are of high quality and follow the requirements of the project. The Senior Video Editor also creates motion graphics that fit the brand of the organization and elevate the videos in terms of storytelling and educating. They answer directly to the creatives manager and work with the creatives and marketing team in creating multimedia project concepts and proactively learn new video trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for editing, and producing studio-quality videos for internal and external purposes.

Collaborate with creative team members and other departments involved in creating storyboards from pre-production to post-production process.

Direct, film and pre-record live events to be released on Rocker Station social channels.

Study script, storyboards, and concepts to understand the video requirements.

Mentor and ensure the quality of work by junior video editors and create a list of revisions if necessary.

Assign work to junior video editors and plot the schedule of the projects for maximum efficiency.

Assume a leadership role in the creative process for video production.

Create videos with appropriate motion graphics and other special effects to maximize the delivery effectiveness of the format.

Write and develop a range of content in multiple formats to enhance the company’s presence and positioning in the market. This includes marketing brochures, emails, infographics, event collaterals, editorial articles and on occasion, social media posts.

Understand target audiences across different groups to translate copy and design into compelling and relevant creatives.

Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.

Edit content produced by other members of the team.

Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.

Produce one weekly blog post for the company’s marketing website; while enabling thought leadership across all our content.
