THE EVENT
The Rocket Station Duathlon and Race is a live virtual sports event created for you to feel one with our community of lively, energetic, and remarkable Rocketeers.
To join this event, do the following steps:

Register by filling up the form (make sure you key in all important details!)
Check your email for a confirmation from our virtual race committee
Wait for your gear to arrive.
Take photos, run, and track your distance using a pedometer or any smart device.
Upload results onto our web form

THE MECHANICS
Registration Open: March 1 – June 14
Race Dates: June 15 – July 15
WHO:
This event is open to all Rocket Station members and anyone who wants to join in on the fun!
WHEN:
This is a cumulative marathon wherein you get to complete the distance within a span of 1 month, from June 15 – July 15!
WHERE:
You may run indoors with a treadmill or outdoors where there is lots of fresh air. Please practice social distancing and wear appropriate safety gear such as facemasks.
HOW:
You may register with the link below as a Rocketeer. For non-rocketeer members, a Rocketeer can register for you, or you may input the email of the Rocketeer who referred you to this event.
You can choose to be part of the Virtual Duathlon which has run-bike-run tasks that have to be completed and/or a Virtual Race which only requires running.
All distances will be cumulative over the span of a month. (Ex: If you chose Immediate Level: 20k for running, you can do 3k today, 5k over the weekend and 12k over the next few days to reach 20k within the month)

Once registration is received by the Virtual Race Committee, you will receive an email with a form where we will provide the details needed to complete the registration. The form will require you to attach proof (screenshots) of completing the following:
Accomplish and virtually sign the Online health declaration form.
Like the Rocket Station Careers Facebook page
Join/Accept the invitation to the Rocket Station Health and Wellness private Facebook page.
You are required to document the completion of the race through videos and photos while wearing the Official Rocket Station Virtual Race Gear.
Choose any type of distance tracker you prefer or have available such as pedometers, fitness trackers, or phone applications (Strava, Run Keeper, etc).
Once the race has begun for you, you will need to continuously post your progress on the Rocket Station Health and Wellness private Facebook page.
Completion of the race requirements will be tracked via Social Media posts of the participants and the online completion form that will be provided by the Rocket Station Virtual Race committee.
Any misrepresentation or falsification of the race completion will merit disqualification from the race.
Race finishers will receive an e-certificate that will be sent to their registered email address.
