Rocket Station at Year 3: Celebrating Great Milestones

Oct 1, 2021 – The definitive foundation day of the remote process company that promises to enhance lives and deliver better business: Rocket Station.

A few years ago, Rocket Station was established at the helm by CEO Robert Nickell and a handful of amazing virtual assistants and remote process industry leaders. Their goal was to upscale businesses in ways that would make equitable, sustainable, and efficient remote work processes available for US clients.

That small group of individuals grew to a grand total of 1000 career driven and well-seasoned professionals to date.

Rocket Station has become an industry leading business process outsourcing company in the Philippines. Among the many accomplishments that were achieved in their 3rd Year is being certified as a Great Place to Work® in 2021. This proves that Rocket Station can maintain and develop a positive work culture despite the exponential growth it has been experiencing in such a short amount of time.

With a larger family comes bigger issues too, so an emphasis on the importance of Mental Health and inclusivity has also been one of the milestones of Rocket Station. In their third year, they established the Rocketeer HOPELine; this HOPELine is a confidential and anonymous well-being service open to every Rocketeer who wishes to speak to a specialist on mental health and well-being.

As far as diversity and inclusivity is involved, Rocket Station also hosted an in-depth and meaningful talk on the LGTBQAI+ community in the workplace in a fun and meaningful live panel discussion entitled Our Proud Space.

In congruence with these efforts, other more engaging pursuits became part of Rocket Station’s focus; as where mental health was important, so was physical health. Rocket Station developed programs to help Rocketeers stay fit during the pandemic and achieve their fitness goals too. Events such as the Rocket Station Virtual Race and Duathlon as well as the ongoing Rocket Station Olympics are testament to the dedication Rocket Station has in keeping Rocketeers healthy in mind and body.
