EXECUTIVES
The top management and front-runners of Rocket Station. They are the leaders of a team of leaders and they guide the company with skill. The executives direct and coordinate operational activities for Rocket Station and are responsible for devising policies and strategies to meet company goals. They are built to pilot the company into greater heights. They are excellent in reaching Rocket Station’s goals. They are the epitome of Rocket Station’s core values; which are to exceed expectations, to do the right thing and have fun while at it.
OPERATIONS
The highly efficient team of operations ensures that all processes are running smoothly and are completed from start to finish. They are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures. They make sure that the current processes are aligned between the goals and functions of other departments within Rocket Station. Well-seasoned in the art of coordination and management, being part of this department involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the resources needed to produce the company’s services.
RECRUITMENT
The Recruitment department is vital in the growth and development of our roster of leaders. They are populated by a team of whip smart, emotionally astute and highly empathetic individuals who sees potential leaders that can fit well into our team culture. They are responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding Rocket Station team members.
PLACEMENTS
Placements Department selects the right people per department for the right job or client. They are a unique mesh of emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and highly skilled professionals whose main responsibility delves with researching job trends and client needs, understanding virtual assistant (VA) growth spots, develop good working relationships of VAs and clients, all while maintaining and executing all service transition processes for Rocket Station. They are excellent analysts who know how to assess in ways that can best suit the company and the individual.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
The Process Development team helps give structure to Rocket Station’s many systems and foundations. These are detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical individuals whose main responsibility is to understand clients’ businesses, create effective business workflows and process documents based on their needs and expectations. These individuals are also highly skilled in developing and maintaining professional relationships between clients of Rocket Station.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our business development team is essential in scaling Rocket Station’s growth to new heights. They are individuals who are business-savvy, strategic and capable of critical thinking at a higher level. Their main roles delve into the development of Rocket Station’s position in the market while increasing sales opportunities for the company. They are also mainly responsible for the development of long-term organizational strategic goals, building key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals while maintaining seamless client-stakeholder business operations.
TRAINING
The world of the training department is one of, if not the most crucial department because their main function is building, developing, and growing further our virtual assistants (VAs). Populated by the most tenured, experienced, and highly skilled remote process professionals, the training team is built to guide people into their peak potential as VAs in Rocket Station.
CREATIVES & MARKETING
Fast paced, behind the scenes, and highly innovative, the Creatives and Marketing team is responsible for building Rocket Station’s identity and voice while cascading it effectively to the world and providing creative support to other Rocketeers. This team is filled with quick-witted, artistically gifted, and self-directed individuals with adept skills in their related field whether it be in video editing, copywriting, graphic design, web development or social media strategy.
