Referral Program
Welcome to the Rocketeer Referral program, where Rocketeers can build Rocket Station’s community through new hire referrals and get rewarded.
How can you participate?
For Support Team Referrals
Support Team Referral Guidelines
Referrer must be an active member of Rocket Station.
Applies to Support Application date period: Nov 1, 2021- Dec 31, 2021
Earn $50 per successfully referred role
Earn $100 for critical job roles.
Get an additional $100 for every 5 successful referrals
Mechanics
Fill out the Support Team Referral Application Form. For referral validation, you will be asked to provide your name and contractor ID and Rocket Station email address
Once we receive the application, your referral info will be added to our Referral Status Dashboard within 15 minutes
You may check the status of your referrals as they progress through this LINK the status of referrals are updated every 24 hours.
Once your referral gets hired, referral bonus is released on the cutoff after:
- The referral’s hire date with a client for VA
- The referral’s official start date for Support
Hiring Process for Support Applicants
Resume Screening – The application is received and ongoing validation.
Phone Interview – The applicant is scheduled for a phone interview to further assess communication skills and cultural competency.
First Video Interview
Position Specific Test – Testing the applicant for competency with selected job roles.
Second Video Interview
Final Video Interview

Orientation – Applicant goes through basic orientation
Onboarding and Training – The team member is going through the required onboarding and training.
