December 27, 2022 – Rocket Station Awards 2022 is finally here to honor the well-deserved Rocketeers who helped Rocket Station reach greater heights this year. This year’s event highlights more awards, such as Years of Service Awards, Client Choice Awards, Outstanding Performance Awards, Core Values Awards, and Leadership Awards.
The night started with the presence of Rocket Station’s Director of Philippine operations, Coach Romil Hombrebueno. He reminisced about the previous celebrations Rocket Station had as Rocket Station Awards is celebrated in its third year. There were 700 Rocketeers on the first RSA, 1,200 Rocketeers on the second RSA, and in its third year, there are now over 1,800 Rocketeers strong. He gave motivational sentiments on how amazing the community of leader Rocket Station has been and ended his speech by inviting more people to join Rocket Station.
This was followed by Rocket Station’s Director of Business Development, Mr. Greg Brooks. He talked about how amazing time has been for Rocket Station as he vividly remembered how he was in meetings with other leaders plotting out plans that were now achieved. He also expressed how proud he is to have a great team who pushes each other, shares camaraderie, and helps each other to be better every day to be the best VA company in the Philippines. He thanked the VAs, support team, and clients for helping Rocket Station become number one in providing staffing solutions. He ended his speech with two of his little boys who wanted to greet everyone a Merry Christmas.
Officially starting the awarding ceremony, Rocket Station’s Head of Operations, Ms. Nina Sta Ana, introduced the awards for the night. She enthusiastically mentioned the awards for the night: the Years of Service Awards, Client Choice Awards, Outstanding Performance Awards, Core Values Awards, and Leadership Awards.
The night then proceeded to the awarding ceremony, starting with the Years of Service Award presented by VA Training Manager, Harry Sadiwa. The Years of Service Awards recognizes the loyalty and dedication of people who have been with Rocket Station for over 3 – 7 years. Their commitment to the organization helped Rocket Station achieve greatness throughout the years.

Rocket Station’s COO, Dr. Marc Nickell, graced his words to Rocketeers. He sent his thanks and congratulations to all awardees. He emphasized his gratitude to Rocketeers for embodying the true Rocketeer Core Values. Followed by another message from Rocket Station’s Director of Operations, Romil Hombrebueno. He reiterated that we should keep moving forward as leaders and carry this on for years to come.
Rocket Station Awards 2022 was the right way to end a Rocketeer year. Everyone’s recognition continuously pushes Rocket Station to greater heights.
