March 26, 2022 – Definitely growth is becoming more and more inevitable in Rocket Station. As the organization kicked off the second quarter of 2022 a lot of things have changed. A lot of growth and successes have been experienced. Townhall is the time of the year for Rocket Station to showcase the milestones of the organization and its people for the last quarter. It also provides information and updates regarding Initiatives, Events, and Growth Opportunities. This is to ensure that every single Rocketeer is aligned with the Goals, Objectives and Vision of the Organization, as well as the morale and culture remain to be stronger than ever.

It was the third day of June . The day was marked as the day that Rocket Station recognized and celebrated the complete victory of the organization and its people over the second quarter of 2022. Townhall, as usual, is full of fun, surprises, recognitions, declarations, and most of all appreciation. It was led by the company’s pride and ever supportive Director of Philippine Operations, Romil Hombrebueno. Townhall started by looking back at the successful events that happened over the first 2 quarters such as the first ever Leadership Summit which was held last March 26 and 27 at the heart of the friendly municipality of La Union. It was an event that aims to bring the brightest leaders from all over the Philippines to promote the growth and success of every working Filipino. Aside from the Leadership Summit, Rocketeers also had the chance to enjoy Yoga which helped them unwind and meditate. “Send Love to a Rocketeer ” was also shared during the Townhall. It was a Love event that showcases how Rocketeers are celebrating love month. It was an event that made the team extend their love and appreciation to their colleagues and friends, inside and outside Rocket Station. This helped bring the bond of Rocketeers even stronger than ever!

As the Townhall started to just become more fun! It was announced that the second Headstart Leadership Summit would happen on June 18, 2022 at Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Alabang. Aside from Rocket Station’s goal to create a pool of candidates for leadership roles during the Leadership Summit, the company also takes this opportunity to gather and engage its team members to not only learn more about Leadership but also to encourage them on how to better take care of their mental health and overall well-being. Because of Rocket Station’s mission to improve the lives of its people, Rocketeers has been reminded that HOPELine is always open for those who would like to seek better well-being and mental health. It is a reminder to everyone that we are all in this together, that as an Organization, no one’s left behind. As the fire is burning more and more, a continuous celebration and appreciation has been held. Promising Rocketeers have been recognized because of their promotions and their great contributions to the success of the Organization. Another good news is that Rocket Station is now composed of 1500+ Rocketeers as of May, 2022. A video was shared that showcases the count of lives that made Rocket Station a great place to work in. The company is still aiming to reach an even higher goal this year that is why some of the open positions have been shared during the Townhall such as Business Development and Process Coordinator.

Growth is everywhere, growth is something that should be sought at all times. This is what Rocket Station is, it is a fast-paced Organization that is always ready to go beyond what is usual. To formally close quarter 2 Townhall, Romil shared the vision of the Organization, and it is to improve 3000+ lives of people as Rocketeers before the end of 2022. The success of the Organization is based upon its people, the dedication and hard work of its team members. Undeniably, it is continuously happening at Rocket Station with a sprinkle of culture and love.
