August 10, 2021 – In the rainy months of the pandemic, Rocket Station in all its busyness decided to pivot its attention to a new milestone in determining whether they had positive work culture or not, and lo and behold, there was Great Place to Work Asia.

Great Place to Work is a globally recognized certification that scores companies using their trusted and widely recognized survey platform. If companies score high in their trust index, they are awarded a Great Place To Work Certification, which, in turn proves that a company is indeed a Great Place to Work.

Rocket Station garnered a 94% score, which scored higher than other global companies:

At 96% we make newly onboarded Rocketeers feel welcome. It’s no surprise that this is one of the top scores and statements. Each time a Rocketeer joins the team, they’re given a company wide introduction and warm well wishes, as well as a new hire care package sent to their very doorstep.

At 95% we push Rocketeers to attain a good work-life balance. Our paid time off comes at a very established point to this high-ranking score. We always make sure that Rocketeers have good work-life boundaries and allow them ample time to rest if need be.

There are leaders, not bosses with a 94% score about management being approachable and both competent at running the business. We have on deck well-seasoned, experienced, and personable people in leadership positions who take their role of leading people and molding future leaders very seriously.
