The Recruitment department is vital in the growth and development of our roster of leaders. They are populated by a team of whip smart, emotionally astute and highly empathetic individuals who sees potential leaders that can fit well into our team culture. They are responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding Rocket Station team members.

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

RECRUITMENT

KEY ROLE

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring applicants based on the standards and requirements that Rocket Station has set.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work and collaborate with the Recruiting Lead in implementing recruiting strategies to meet recruiting requirements and business needs.

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude through online assessment, interviews and role plays to ensure that qualifications required for the Virtual Assistant position are met.

Validate information on the applicant’s resume to make sure that basic requirements are met.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships to ensure that the applicant would be enticed to continue with the Recruiting process.

Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work” to effectively hire qualified candidates.

Provide information about the company and the job to properly set candidates’ expectations.

Contact applicant leads in a timely manner to ensure efficiency.

Work hand in hand with the training department by attending calibration sessions to make sure that the company’s current standards are met.

Comply with policies and standards and use a scorecard mandated by the company to document interview records and maintain objectivity.

Schedule and conduct system/ equipment evaluation to onboarding applicants to ensure that all system requirements of the company and the clients are met.

Handle proper endorsement of applicants to Orientation and Training to make sure that the set targets are met

Update Recruitment Masterfile and Podio System to provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team and track lead status of all screening stages.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least three years proven work experience as a Recruiter preferably in a BPO/call center set-up handling volume recruitment .

Graduate in BS/MS in Human Resources Management is an advantage

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

Hands on experience with various selection processes (paper screening, phone interviewing, video interview, system check, reference check, etc).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Computer Processor: at least i3 (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7 64-bit

Internet Speed

Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)

Back-up Connection: running at least 10 Mbps

HEAD OF RECRUITMENT

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

RECRUITMENT

KEY ROLE

The Head of Recruitment is accountable for leading the sourcing & recruiting department. S/he is mainly responsible for the business at large in all of its recruiting functions, inclusive of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation, and recruiting goal development and achievement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.

Communicate recruitment goals and objectives with leads & recruiters.

Manage a team of recruitment specialists.

Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team.

Maintain the internal candidate database.

Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.

Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.

Build networks to find qualified candidates.

Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements.

Prepare weekly reports to show tasks in progress, the number candidates received, and the number of qualified candidates hired.

Create and proofread job descriptions and other related materials.

Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Review recruitment tools and resources and suggest the best option for company needs

Encourage open lines of communication between yourself and the recruiting team.

Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns.

Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection of our brand and company

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3-5 years proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager preferably in a call center industry.

Solid ability to initiate solid as well as effective sourcing & recruitment strategies in volume recruitment.

Hands on experience with various selection processes (paper screening, phone interviewing, video interview, system check, reference check, etc).

Wide range of experience in maximizing different sourcing channels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

HEAD OF RECRUITMENT

KEY ROLE

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Team and maintaining excellent applicant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides top-notch applicant care support to Rocket Station applicants through phone, chat and email in a timely and professional manner.

Manages Recruitment’s Appcare (Applicant Support Email) through timely email replies to applicant concerns and inquiries.

Maintains/tracks Recruitment Follow-up Form and replies to all follow-ups within 24-48 hours

Provide support to applicant processing through evaluation of applicant’s work experience and system requirements.

Maintains/Updates all assigned Recruitment trackers in a timely manner

Ensures excellent recruitment experience to Rocket Station applicants by meeting applicant’s needs in a courteous manner.

Promotes the company's reputation as “best place to work” to effectively hire qualified candidates.

Acts as point of contact in building candidate relationships to ensure that applicants would be enticed to continue with the recruiting process.

Must directly work hand in hand and exhibit seamless applicant coordination with Recruitment Specialists.

Will directly report to the Recruitment and Onboarding Leads most especially for urgent related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of Recruitment or Sourcing experience is an advantage but not required

Can maintain professionalism and high level of patience at all times

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Possess strong organizational and time management skills

Must be proficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
