The department is responsible for listening and responding to concerns, maintaining workplace policies, and ensuring the benefits and wellbeing of Rocket Station team members.

HR ADMIN SPECIALIST

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

KEY ROLE

The HR Admin Specialist provides administrative  assistance to daily General HR operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support for HR Leads.

Maintain human resources records for independent contractors by managing HR systems and databases, trackers, monitoring sheets up to date.

Manage and respond to HR emails, HR concerns, HR tickets and other requests.

Send out HR announcements (email announcements, birthday and anniversary announcements, etc.).

Take MOM (minutes of the meetings) for all HR calls and meetings.

Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.

Prepare and set up echo signing for HR Documents  and document requests from other departments

Request  Support Profile/avatar of new support team members from the creatives team.

Request Rocket Station credentials of new support team members from the IT department.

Keeps track of the HR policies and HR e-learning courses completion.

Send  “Return to Work” notices to MIA contractors and keep track of the 48-hour timeline responses to the RTW notices.

Keep track of the 5-day timeline of the VAs’ responses with regard to the IR issued to erring team members.

Keep track of the 30-day deadline of the HR requirements of the new team members.

Keep track of the 45-day deadline of the team members compliance to the back-up system requirements.

Provide assistance to the HR Onboarding Lead to organize the 201 folders of the team members.

Update and organize the HR Team Drive.

Create individual profiles of the independent contractors for the new HR Portal system.

Prepare echo signing of documents of the Buyout Process, schedule HR talk with the buyout VA/s and endorse them to HR Offboarding Lead for the exit process.

Schedule a system check for team members who changed home addresses.

Handle system check follow-up for hires with pending system requirements based on the deadline set.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably 1-4 years experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent).

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's or College degree in any field.

Must have high work integrity and confidentiality.

Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Detail oriented, good analytical skills and customer focus.

Required skills : administration skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

High sense of urgency

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Computer Processor: at least i3 (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)

Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7 64-bit

Internet Speed

Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)

Back-up Connection: running at least 10 Mbps
