You’ll be the financial engine behind our clients’ property management operations. This isn’t data entry — you’ll own the full cycle of financial operations, from daily transaction management to month-end reporting, directly impacting the profitability and compliance of growing U.S. property management companies. Job Description – Bookkeeper
What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Financial Operations
Manage daily bookkeeping: journal entries, expense categorization, and data entry in cloud-based accounting platforms
Execute bank and credit card reconciliations with zero tolerance for unresolved discrepancies

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process AP/AR, generate invoices, track payments, and manage collections with professionalism
Handle utility bills, property taxes, and tenant account reconciliations
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure lease/vendor agreement compliance

Financial Reporting & Close
Prepare and deliver accurate month-end reports: Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow
Support month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting, and CPA coordination
Conduct professional follow-up calls and emails with vendors, clients, and tenants regarding outstanding balances and settlements
Tools You’ll Use
Proficiency in at least one tool per category is expected. You don’t need to know them all — we’ll invest in your growth.
