September 12, 2022 – As Rocket Station rapidly grows, our Managers’ responsibilities are also growing. Leading to the calling of a team-building event for our Department Managers. Last August 26-28, 2022, our Department Managers went to Tree Farm, Liliw Laguna, not just to unwind but also to reconnect and inspire each other.

Team Building events exist so organizations can motivate employees to work together, develop their strengths, and turn weaknesses into learning opportunities. Rocket Station’s Department Managers spent 3 days accomplishing this. On the first day, everyone was welcomed by the opening remarks by our Director of Philippine Operations, coach Romil Hombrebueno, followed by the introduction of all participants, scrumptious dinner, presentation of updates per department, discussion of the Amazing Race mechanics, Teammate Reveal, and the most fun part, preparing the Team Cheers.

On the 2nd day of the Team Building, the Department Managers started their day with breakfast at Pares, then started the Amazing Race with the cheering competition, participated in the Amazing Race, and at the end of the day, everyone exchanged their funny encounters during the race. For a quick excerpt from the event, we have a large number of Managers who were nailing their TikTok dance videos!

The last day was golden for the Department Managers since all they had to do was relax and be in the moment. After all, they deserve it since they shed sweat and tears (from laughing) and shared their strengths and talents that helped mold a strong leadership culture at Rocket Station.
